How to attract happiness?

 They say that opposites attract, it is true, but it is also important to remember that these opposites also constantly clash. One person resents the other for the way they are perceived, not wanting to remember that they themselves are probably guilty of this. Very often, what arouses our interest in another person, intrigues us and attracts us with its otherness, after a while starts to irritate us. However, we do not want to see that we are equally to blame for these disputes.

Often, disputes are caused by the fact that we try to neutralise our own problems by looking for the culprit in someone else. We direct our anger towards the people around us, forgetting yet another law - the law of attraction. The law of karma says that everything returns - especially the energy we send out. If we emit negative emotions, anger and malice, we ourselves will also encounter it, but with an even stronger and more unpleasant one. Nor do they have to be directed directly at us, affecting our loved ones, causing us all the more pain. Of course, it is much better to use this law for the opposite purpose - by doing good, we also receive it later.
This can apply to everything we pass on to others - feelings, energies, thoughts. Also people, because by visualising a certain type of person, we attract them. Unfortunately, we do this unconsciously, and we attract people we would not like to meet. By feeling sorry for ourselves, by worrying that we only meet poor candidates for a partner, we make it all the more likely that such disappointing men will come our way.

It is also worth thinking carefully about what we actually expect from the other person. If we feel like bending over backwards for our beloved, fulfilling his whims and taking care of him, then we will be guilty of meeting boys in adult bodies instead of mature men. So before we start resenting our partners, let's think about whether they are definitely not the answer to our attitudes. This situation doesn't have to apply only to love; in any sphere, the blame for failures can lie with us. A number of misfortunes that happen to us are not necessarily the result of a curse. By seeing everything as the result of black magic and suspecting everyone of having bad intentions towards us, we only exacerbate our own malaise and perceived bitterness and discouragement. The best thing to do is to learn to accept everything that fate brings us with optimism; bad things will always happen, of course - they are part of life. However, by accepting them without discouragement, we will not only become stronger, but we will also attract good fortune with our wellbeing.


Everything depends on us. We are the ones who create our surroundings - the events, the atmosphere of the places we are in and even, to a large extent, the way others perceive us. By focusing on the positive and exuding positive energy, we influence reality, which thus becomes more pleasant and welcoming to us. If we want to improve something in our lives, to disenchant the bad luck we think we have and to improve our relationships with people, we need to start with ourselves. A change in mindset is fundamental. Let's remember that every action always starts in the mind, and only then do they transform into physical action. It is exactly the same energy, just in a different form. And according to the principles of physics, the amount of energy must be invariant in nature, such energy that we externalise also comes back to us.
Of course, it returns to us what we have sent out - that is, by exuding negative energy, we cannot expect happy events. Conversely, our optimism will make everything start to go our way. The world of our imaginations, which we have been shaping all our lives, has a chance to be realised. This will require a big change in our thinking, because if someone is used to complaining all the time, it will not be easy for them to believe in the power of creation. This kind of optimism is also quickly shared by others. We will see that people who we have hitherto perceived as hostile to us will also begin to change, not only because our thinking has begun to change this, but also because they themselves have unconsciously begun to think more positively.


All events are interconnected - an illness or some unhappiness, has a basis in other events or thoughts. If we want to be in full control of our lives, we have to learn to connect these facts and be alert to what might bring back something bad. At the same time, we must also not forget that there is a happy way out of every situation, even if we cannot see it at the time. The thought that there is never a situation without a positive solution must not leave us. If this thought accompanies us always and we believe in it deeply, we are not in danger of becoming depressed, breaking down and condemning ourselves to black thoughts that continue to attract misfortune. It may turn out that what we perceive as unpleasantness will, in the course of time, turn out to be a happy coincidence - our reason and senses only perceive the present, whereas the subconscious has the ability to conceive of a larger context and it may be responsible for unexpected events. All we have to do is trust ourselves - as long as we do not lose our optimism, we will not be disappointed.
